Pylon Pitch – Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Pylon Pitch is a turn-based soccer game for Android, developed by Fontaine Software. This policy explains what data the game handles, why, and the choices you have.

In short: you don’t need an account, your progress is stored only on your phone, ads are shown through Unity LevelPlay (personalised only if you agree), and the “Remove Ads” purchase is handled by Google Play.

1. Data stored on your device

The game saves your progress on your own device only: the player name, profile picture and country flag you choose, your rank, coins, unlocked kits and other items, daily objectives, your settings, and your answer to the advertising question.

2. Advertising (Unity LevelPlay)

Pylon Pitch is free and shows ads: an occasional full-screen ad between matches, and optional rewarded ads you choose to watch (for example to double your coins). Ads are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource Mobile Ltd., a Unity Technologies company) and its ad network partners, such as ironSource Ads and Unity Ads.

To show and measure ads, cap how often you see them and prevent fraud, these services may collect from your device:

Your choice: the first time you open the game we ask whether ads may be personalised. If you say no, the ad partners are told you did not consent (GDPR) and that your data may not be sold or shared (US state privacy laws), and you get non-personalised ads. You can change this at any time in Settings > Personalised ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads).

The ad partners process this data under their own privacy policies:

3. Purchases (“Remove Ads”)

You can buy Remove Ads once to stop ads; rewards from rewarded ads can then be claimed without watching. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play:

The game talks to Google Play through Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity Technologies). To make purchases work and to check that they do, it processes the purchase and your purchase history, device identifiers, your approximate location, and crash, diagnostic and performance data; your Google account’s email address may pass through it briefly during a purchase without being stored. Unity In-App Purchasing does not use this data for advertising.

Google’s privacy policy applies to the payment: https://policies.google.com/privacy. Unity’s privacy policy applies to Unity In-App Purchasing: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. What we do not do

5. Children

Pylon Pitch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the game, please contact us and we will help.

6. Your rights

Because your game data stays on your device, you control it directly. For data processed by the advertising partners, use the choices above or contact those partners via their policies. Under the GDPR and similar laws you may also contact us with any question or request about your data; we respond within 30 days. To delete your data, see the next section.

7. Deleting your data

Pylon Pitch has no accounts, and Fontaine Software keeps no copy of your data on any server, so nothing about you is stored by us. You can delete your data like this:

  1. Game data on your phone (profile, progress, coins, settings): uninstall Pylon Pitch, or go to Android Settings > Apps > Pylon Pitch > Storage > Clear storage. This deletes it immediately and permanently.
  2. Advertising data held by Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource and Unity Ads): tap the Data Privacy icon on a Unity ad to see the data collected about your device, opt out of further collection and request deletion of past data. You can also email Unity’s Data Protection Officer at DPO@unity3d.com, mentioning that your request is about ads in Pylon Pitch. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID in Android settings stops new ad data from being linked to old data.
  3. Purchase records: Google Play keeps the record of your Remove Ads purchase under Google’s privacy policy, so the purchase can be restored. Unity’s In-App Purchasing records can be requested at unity-iap-contact@unity3d.com.
  4. Need help? Email fontaine-software@outlook.com with the subject “Pylon Pitch data deletion”. We reply within 30 days and help you pass the request on to the partners above.

8. Security

Game data stays in the app’s private storage on your device. The advertising and Google Play services communicate over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
